Request Access

This directory is for people who live in Park East and the streets around it. A neighbor reviews every request by hand.

Once You’re Approved

Your street shows up in the directory the moment you’re approved. Everything past that is your choice. Share your interests, list what you can help with, or add your pets.

You can also send a one-time invite link to a neighbor you already know. That lets them skip the wait entirely.

Before You Start

  • An invite code. These go out on door hangers and in the Facebook group.
  • Your street. Name only. The exact house number is asked for separately and stays private.
  • Which community you live in.
  • Your house or unit number. Used once to confirm you live here. It’s private by default. You can share it later from your account if you want.

This decides which HOA applies to you.
A neighbor uses this once to confirm you live here. Private by default — you can choose to share your full address later from your account.
Your street name is the only part of your address other members can see.
Helps a neighbor confirm you live here faster -- the front or back of the house is fine, as long as the number is visible. Never shown publicly, and deleted automatically once you're approved.
From a door hanger or the Facebook group. A valid code gets you in right away. Without one, a neighbor reviews your signup by hand.

Help a neighbor place you
Optional, but they speed up approval a lot if you rent or just moved in.

Only if it differs from the name you are signing up with.
How long you have been here, which house is yours, anything that helps.

What Happens Next

A neighbor reads your request and approves it by hand. You’ll get an email once that’s done.

You can log in right away. Until you’re approved, you’ll see a status page instead of the full site.

Once you’re in, your first name, last initial, street, community, and home type appear in the directory. Your last name, email, phone, house number, and everything else stay hidden until you choose to share them.
