HOA Questions
This site is not run by either HOA. Neighbors built it and neighbors keep it going.
Park East has two HOAs, one for single-family homes and one for condos. Dues, violation notices, architectural requests, and common area repairs all go to your own HOA.
- Single-family homes. Managed by PMP Management. Log in at the PMP Gateway portal, or email [email protected].
- Condos. We don’t have a portal link for the condo association yet. If you have it, send it through the form below and it’ll go on this page.
City of Austin
Neither HOA handles streets, utilities, or trash. Those are city services.
- Emergency. 911
- Power outage. 512-322-9100, or text OUT to 287846 for status updates.
- Water emergency or main break. 512-972-1000
- Utility billing, starting or stopping service. 512-494-9400
- Everything else. Potholes, missed trash pickup, code complaints, dead animals, broken streetlights: dial 311, or 512-974-2000 from outside the city.
